Vinification:
Harvested at 25 balling, handpicked and delicately crushed. Cold soaked through the night. Fermentation was started the next morning, pump overs every 4 hours. Lightly pressed and matured in french oak barrels for 18 months.

Palate: |
Fresh and juicy, with plum, blackberry and black pepper. The wood is discrete and well integrated to complement. A fresh and elegant style of Shiraz. |

This Shiraz will go well with roasted leg of lamb, duck with wild mushrooms or even pasta with a rich tomato based sauce. |
